Fuel drive d8h

Hi,
I have a d8h 46A 1646 it uses diesel fuel for the torque converter.
When I got this machine I had to pull the torque converter and install new seals.
It uses carbon seals and they can be tricky.
I have heard of conversions to these machines to change them into oil drive.
Does anyone have any info on this?
Thanks.

The oil torque came out at 46A 3044 but I,d guess it would be quite expensive to change it over and you,d need everything that goes with it.I haven,t heard of it being done but I suppose with all the units and parts it would be possible.Maybe with a little help you could repair the one you have and save some money.

Thanks SJ,

I have installed new seals and reinstalled converter, it was after I had reinstalled it that I was told about coverting it over to oil drive.

Thanks.
