I know the excavators cost about $15,000. Terex booth at Con Expo had one and the guy running it said it was that much. Too rich for my blood.

They must want to get one free for 15K. I think the smaller excavators sell for 5000 euros or ~$8000 or what ever our dollar is worth today. They come in kit form from what I've read and LONG wait for delivery. Looking on youtube at these models in Europe I'm truly amazed what these guys come up with. Didn't the German general in The Battle of the Bulge say while looking at Hitlers newest Tiger tank ''We make nice toys'' or something on that line.
