Blower fan guard question

I have a late model D2 and was wondering which Blower fan guard would go on it?
The picture of the guard I have leaning on the wall is the same that is in the parts book. 5F9635
The picture of the guard on the D2 I was told was also for a blower fan. This is also on a late model D2.
Also the parts book shows the fan has six blades. 5f8337e
On the late model D2 it only had 4 blades I believe. Would the blower fan still have 6 blades?
