Cool Harsco? 5 ton. Know of a few deuce and a half versions around, great recovery trucks! On the half, is it powered by the White supercharged engine? If so must scoot purty good! Grader, another great recovery to make the jealousy greater! Congrats on the new addition.

Is it setting outside? Try wrapping the mag in plastic or install a rubber flap to keep the humidity off. Not sure it will cure it but it works on lots of mags in the old tractor world.

I'll give it a try. Unfortunately for now she has to sit outside. Plus damp old Oregon weather!

Yes a Harsco, BMY 5 ton it's a 1988. Has the Cummins with Allison behind it. She runs down the road about 52mph. Really a handy piece of equipment!

The paint looks great on that grader, its almost like the moss was preserving the paint underneath. Great looking machine, and a really nice way to recover it.
Thanks for sharing - I would like to find a 212 with a D311 in it.

Cheers
nate

Nice looking 112. I have had one about 15 years and it is a real work horse. Built many miles of terraces with it. (year 1949)

Neat truck!

Don't have much to restore! Got to rework the electrical system. She runs really good, controls work great! Been having fun learning how to run it. Anyone have any tips on getting into the guage panel?
