Well I have come to the conculsion that the BoD has done about as much as then can short of sending them 1st class mail . Seems the real problem is with the U.S. Postal Service and the way they handle the 2nd class mail in diff. dist. centers and Post Offices. But Im not one to complain about them as I'm soon to get my monthly check from them since my EX has retired from there after 40 yrs LOL
