does anyone know if a 3304 engine head will fit onto a D320T motor block?

Russell - No, the two engines are totally different design, as SJ has stated. The D320T was designed in the late 1950's and uses the rubber seals and brass ferrules system, to seal oil and water passageways between the head and block.

The 3304 was designed in the late 1960's and utilises a more modern design to mate the head and block .. by doing away with the rubber seals and brass ferrules, and just utilising the newer, improved head gasket design, to seal oil and water passageways, and combustion pressures.

In addition, the D320 is a 4" bore engine, the 3304 is 4.75" bore.
