Question about pull hook was created by STEPHEN

I would like to know what this hook fits. I got it from my foundryman, it came in a load of scrap. I had it sandblasted & my buddy painted it red (I think he was messing with me) Part# looks like 4M765 . That reads like a cat part# to me

That def. is a Cat # but I don,t have only a D4 6U book but it,s not that number. It is a pretty hefty hook so could be from a little bigger Cat than the D4 so maybe someone with more books can run it down. It is one used with a crankcase guard.

the hook 4m765 is use on d6 serie 37a

Yup, gemdozer's got it. For the D6B.....mounts to the short sloped 2M7411 guard on those models.

Thanks all, I am thinking about using it on the 50 that has a crank guard, it should be about the right size
