Daverd4 - The blade hydraulic rams, lines, and mounting arrangements are always part of the blade group on Cats.
The blade parts book will show these parts and their respective parts numbers.

OM is taking a shot in the dark with the blade S/N, and may, or may not, be correct.
OM is correct on the blade type .. you have a non-genuine Cat blade, but genuine Cat rams.
I'd do it this way (at the risk of being shot down) - the aftermarket seals from Hercules-Bulldog are entirely satisfactory, and a whole lot less cost than Cat.

Dismantle your rams, and take the dimensions of the ram tube bore, and the ram shaft diameter. They are standard inch or fractional inch dimensions (i.e. - 2" or 2¼" - 4" or 4½").

Take the old seals, including the piston seals, and the wiper seals, clean them up, and see if you can get part numbers off them.
Call Hercules-Bulldog and tell them you got these seals, quoting the tractor type (D4), the ram dimensions, and any part numbers on the seals you can find.
The Hercules-Bulldog people, if they are any good, should be able to come up with a kit that will provide all the necessary seals.

If you hit a brick wall going this way .. go to your Cat dealer, and tell them the same thing.
Even if you only got one P/N, that will be enough for them to track the rams down, and the blade S/N group that they belong to.

Beware of the after market substitutes. I have been burned several times where the dimensions check out but due to some odd ball Cat chamfer or bevel in the seal cross section, they would either not fit right or stay in place. Best bet is to have old parts in hand and closely compare with the replacements. This applies to both Cat and after market.
