D2 Choke and Throttle Levers was created by novavalleycat

Regarding a Zenith carburetor for the D2 pony motor, the choke and the throttle levers were stuck; I have one freed with penetrating oil, but unable to get the other one. Would it be ok to put it in boiling water and boil for a few minutes to free it up?
