I looked at thios machine again today..The only number I could come up with was ser # 44A12812 ... Does that help?

The D6B is basically a D6 "U" model with an engine change to the not as good D333a. It is around 1967 that the D333 engine changed to the 4-3/4" bore D333c which was the forerunner of the D3306 which came out in the early 70's.
One nice feature of the D6B is the use of "duo-cone" seals on all the rollers and final drives. Sorry, I don't have enough information to pin down the actual engine on this model. Check it out:D :D .....might be a good deal there.

Darwin, I live in North centeral OKla... Blackwell, Ponca City area.. Close to the Kansas border...Just 50 miles south of Wichita Ks.. Probaby have black feet too but only from walking in cultivated fields looking to see if I have a crop or not..:) Last year was a bummer...

I hope you are talking about Belle Plane Ks..If so, I would sure like too..Tell me the day and ill be looking foreward to it... is it a pretty big turn out The weather has been soo cold here in Okieland and so much farm stuff to take care of cattle etc that I havnt taken time to work on the old D2.. Yes Iv been in the Blackfeet country, in fact stayed at the Black bones park several yrs ago on out trip to Alaska...Thanks for the come back..Bob

Yep Bob, that would be BP, KS. At Kansas Cat's place, playin in the dirt on the weekend of 16 May, come campout or motel it bring along some vittles to put in the big pot and play on old yellow iron for the weekend. A really fun time. John
