I'm pulling the head off from my D2-5J to change a leaky head gasket and lap a valve or two.
My Service Manual doesn't address Head removal. I got the hood and the valve cover off and realized that the water pump is attached plus the gasket between the pony and the head. How does that come apart? Would anyone mind taking the time to type or scan the removal procedure? You can PM me if you want to scan it large enough for me to read and I'll send you my home address. I just don't want to unbolt alot of extra stuff if necessary.
thanks,
drujinin

I'm glad I waited before disassembly as I would have taken off the exhausts of both engines and the whole water pump assembly after I had removed the radiator to get the water pump off.
