I never saw a toy model Ten like this before. The price is really getting up high.

Isn't it amazing how much some of these models go for. I have bought a real cat ten for less than the cost of that model!

Yeah, that model went for alot of money, but is anybody watching the restored 2-Ton and grader on ebay? As of a few minutes ago it was up to $20,850 and it still has a day left. Definitely an incentive to get mine restored. Dave

I did see that 2 ton on ebay. The reserve isn't met yet either, and we know most bids come in at the last moment!

The model sold for $900

It is interesting to note that the Ten retailed originally from CCM @ $345. It was introduced in 1998 and there were 300 manufactured.

It is a very nice model. The picture on eBay does not do justice to the color. It is a dark gray color with red decals and trim which is very close to the color of the real tractor.

Dave dont get confussed with the 2Ton model it is made by ERTL and is just a cheap piece like the NORSCOTT junk like the 22 not very good detail , rubberband tracks & not made like a 22 at all they they either dont proof the models or the guy that did proff it was on drugs. Nothing like the 1stGear and SpecCast stuff that is very dealed and high qaulity like the ACMOC D2s and D9
You can go to the local Cat dealer and buy the 2Ton, I bought 1 about 5 yrs ago and was #3708 out of 4000 and went to Holt of Calif couple weeks ago and bought 1 for friend that restoring a 2Ton and paid $17.85 and forgot to check number
