In the last magazine I noticed a new member was from my local town: Tom Ross. I have not met him yet but did look up his name and address. Earlier this week I was working at a location near Tom's house and asked that home owner if he had a neighbor with a Cat and the answer was 'across the street'. I still have not met him but expect to in the near future.

This morning Mojave had their annual fall celebration and parade: Gold Rush Day's (Theme: 'Steam Trains to Space Dreams'). Lo and behold a D2 was in the parade. Per the announcer ~'Tom Ross, retired farmer (persimmon) and his restored D2'.

I see he has his ACMOC shirt on!
