Sorry to be tilling over old gound again, but I'm looking at a D2 with a front mounted hydraulic pack. The plate is gone. How do I tell if its a 41 or 44 ??

Early #41 hydraulic lines came off the bottom of the reservoir/tank.
Late #41 hydraulic lines came off the front of the reservoir/tank.
#44 hydraulic lines came off the top of the reservoir/tank

The 41 is much smaller than the 44 and the filler and control shafts come out the side. the hydraulic pipes bolt to the front cover on the 41 and to the top on the 44
The D2 in the pic has a 41

It is a Caterpillar Tool Bar blade, It is made so the side arms can be disconnected from the front blade and swung around to the back to pull a "Tool Bar" with atachments, this piticular one has a added tilt cylinder option
