I havnt stopped to see him in awhile but he split with woman and she got the house he got the shop and the mess to glean up they are about 20ft apart

Thanks for the info. I was over to his place 6 months ago and the situation aint prety. Thought he may have packed it in and jumped ship. Having the ex and the county inspector living on your door step aint fun.
