Jan Meermans a director of our club and editor and leader of the magazine committee has indicated his wish to step down within the next year.

We are looking for people to hep in the preparation, editing and proofreading of the magazine and ideally an aspiring journalist who would consider succeeding Jan in this role.
There is the opportunity to work alongside Jan and his team to learn how the process works. Our partner AdCo do much of the detailed work in laying out the magazine etc. so strong IT skills are not a necessity. This is a real opportunity to help in the running of our club.

The Magazine is one of the KEY benefits of membership of our club (another being this website) and it is vital that we continue to produce a good quality and interesting magazine.

My reason for discontinuing as chairman of the Magazine Committee is I have completed my 6 years as an ACMOC Director and can no longer be the lead director for the magazine. I will continue to serve on the committee and contribute articles as before so I will not be "going away" entirely. I wish to thank the one gentleman who has offered his services to serve on the committee. Others are welcome to come along too.
