This is he parts diagram used by McDonald Carburetor for their parts identification and their contact. If you are calling item 41 in the drawing the emulsion tube, it is actually the idle jet and I got one from McDonald Carburetor for about $12. They do not recognize any Caterpillar part numbers and sent me this drawing for parts identification.
I ask them about a complete fuel bowl that bolts to the main body and they did not have any they wanted to sell. I bought one from "carbsonly" at 818-845-9000 in Burbank, CA. and spoke with Carlos Vasquez. I don't know if he has any more bowls if you might need one but the one I got (used) was pricey. bboaz

I have used parts for d2-4 pony carbs. That 41 idle jet tube gets broke by improper removal of the bowl from the cast body or not removing the jet first from the cast body.
My memory says it’s #3 on the diagram but now I need to go look. Unfortunately I just left the grader and won’t be back for two weeks.
Thanks for the diagram and contact. I go. Once I settle on needed parts I’ll get back to you guys. Btw: who has carb kits? Last time I went through this carb I just reused most of the parts and made a top gasket.

McDonald Carburetor has two kits for TU4C Zenith. One is the ECON CARB KIT; Zenith for $28.95 and the other is the K2067 Kit for $43.95. I have bought a couple of the K2067 Kits and there are parts in the kit I did not use, so in the future I will get the ECON Kit. The K2067 kit does have a really good instruction sheet and diagram for rebuilding the TU4C and I do not know if the instruction sheet is included in the less expensive kit. bboaz
I have spare carbs if you still need it.
