I am trying to assist a long time friend sell his Thirty Five Gas cat. Serial number 5C1663, built in1934. The 35 was built from 1932-1935 and only 1730 were made. The owner is in his eighty's and moving and needs to find a new home for the cat also. He has had the cat for about 65 years. He is not a ACMOC member. His name is Roy and can be reached by phone at 208-365-3410. We are in Idaho. He can tell you the complete history of the cat. It is not running at this time. We would like to find a new home for this rare cat and keep it from going to the scrap yard.

I just got off the phone with the owners. They say that the cat is for sale. They said that only one person has come to look at it and he was from Utah. They had an offer from someone over the phone that they had not accepted. No one from Twin Falls has come to look at it according to them. They hope they can make a deal with the person from Utah that came to see it. This is the situation as best as I know at this time. I know I have put myself in a position in the middle of this by trying to help them and also save an old cat. Roy is in his eighty's and has had this cat for most of his life and I know he hates to part with it. There has been no attempt here to deceive or inconvenience anyone.

Thanks for the feedback. It is understandable that with age comes some indecision. Our friend from Utah will glad to hear they have made a choice to sell.:usa2:
