Not having much luck identifying winch by those numbers. Suspect it's an early Carco Direct Drive unit. Not much information available.
Possible Gearmatic model 19?????
If the 19D33 number is on the winch it may be a 029 cable control unit.

This may be where a good photo saves the confussion issues! Because it has drums and cable many call a "ccu" a winch. Serial Number tag(s), application, etc never hurt. -cts
19Dxxxx is not a good number for a #29 CCU. Yes a picture would help.
