Looking a For PAWL (2B5394) and Spring (L-955) which is now crossed over to a (0L0955)
These 2 parts fit inside the (5B2726) Lever Assembly.

These are needed on my CAT 12 Motor Grader 8T Model, However I hear these parts were also used and very common to many of the earlier Dozers.

If this is the same part used on a 7T grader I may have what you are looking for, I know early 8T's used the same quadrant as the 7T's or at least I think they did.

Hi Russelln,
Florin Tractor in Sacramento has the 5B2726 lever assembly. Listing is current as of 07-16-13. Their PH# is (916)383-0317. FP Smith in Fairfield lists the 0L0955 spring. Listing is current as of 07-20-13. PH# is (88😎610-6919 or (707)864-1122. Talk to Liz Olson. She is a great person to deal with. You never know, Peterson Cat or Holt of Calif. might still be able to get you the parts; although you would be paying more $ for them. Hope this Info helps. 👋

Thanks Dozerman, I have talked to Fairfield and Dennis Carroll at Florin, Both have it listed, but none in stock with no lead time. I currently have the 5B2726 Lever assembly on the Grader along with the ratchet, I inners to the 5B2726 are missing and have been since I inherited this machine. I need them to keep the throttle from floating while grading, mainly to keep it full open.

That would be awesome, If only we had a way of making sure they were the same part. My parts book only covers 8T1 to 8T14782

I have a complete quadrant. The parts are the same according to my parts book. I will look tomorrow and see if I can get it apart and see if I can salvage the parts.

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
