Serial Number, what is "half-way" through what maintenance procedures? Sounds like it does not run? No Starting Engine in operating condition? When was it last operated and what are the storage conditions? Freeze damages? Pictures and include the track chains, pins/bushing wear, CCU Serial Number, etc. -- cts
