older model dozer with cable winch i think .

im not sure .i know it was a cable machine but thats all the info i have it was scrapped befor i even knew about it
the tank was left for some reason maybe late 40s model

is there any way i can find numbers on it .
ill get some pictures of it maybe someone needs it

Thats a nice looking D8 tank seat..
Could be off an 8R .
There is a piece missing where the cushion sits . This would give more clues to more exact serial no..
Bolt head designation can help ?
8R is around 42 and on..
Aluminum cap probably not original.
Should have steel cap .
