Also looking for a T-381 seat backplate.

I will check and see . I think I may have the 602 bearing assembly parts. My E-mail is in my profile. I have lots of 10 parts. I know for sure I have 2 complete idler assemblies. - Wally

Front idlers attached. Made new locking bolts to hold the shafts in place.
