Cat 30 bottom rollers

I have a complete set of bottom rollers for a cat 30. They have very little wear on them, but have been outside for awhile and all turn little or are seized up. They are still bolted to the track frame, but the track frames are removed from the tractor. I would like $400 for the set of bottom rollers.
