It's with a heavy heart that I've come to the realization that my 1935 Cat 22 project is going nowhere. After I bought it, I had the magneto rebuilt, and I converted it back to gasoline from propane, rebuilding the carb in the process. I then started it and discovered it needed the main clutch repaired and the radiator core replaced. A suitable radiator core was found, then the local copper thieves found it. I had removed the radiator, sheet metal, and gas tank in preparation to pull the clutch when a family member became ill and needed my full-time care. It needs a good home, someone that has the time, money, and skill to give it the attention it deserves. It'll be 80 next year! The main gas tank is rotten, but I have another tank for it.

Audio clip of the first time it ran is here, with a static photo of the day Jim Clack delivered it to the driveway: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=10150389971572710&l=4384176969696111558

I also have a Russell Hi-Way Patrol No. 3 grader project that could go with it as a package. All the Russell needs are wheels and paint.

Email [email protected] and we can discuss.

I had her running again, then life went to pot when I had to take care of my mom while she died of Alzheimer's. There was no time for fun. Now that she's gone, there's still no time or money. Someone else will have to have the joy of putting it back in shape. It will be years before I can.
