12 9K4163 Heading for scrapyard soon

A used machinery jockie has a 1942 12 9k grader that is going to be scrapped soon if it doesn't find a new owner. I have no room or extra cash for it right now. I bought this particular grader in 1983 when I was a senior in high school and owned it until 1995 or 96. It always ran very well for me and probably has less than 1000 hours on a NOS crankshaft and re-ring. The last owner drove it about 10 miles to where it's sitting right now. All tires have been holding air. I just hate to see it be junked if it would do someone some good. Price is probably scrap value. Located in Amboy, IL.

So many good parts will also fit later machines. The pinion is worth more than scrap.
