Digging through some old parts yesterday I found a part #3B9576. Does anybody know what this is? It looks like and old style clutch throw-out part. There is one just like it (only smaller) in a "Model M" Allis-Chalmers track layerI have. It appears to be made of Bronze. It appears to be unused.

I am sure it is a clutch part, only very primitive. It works just like a throw-out bearing but it does not actually use a bearing. It is metal to metal
