Video upload

Made several attempts to upload a short video but each failed to "insert". Answers?

I'm not sure that the site will accept 'Uploading' a video at the moment. You may have to simply copy-n-paste the link into your message.

I have had some trouble with my last couple of posts having to log out and log back in again before the site would even upload my photos. That damned 'Cloudflare' is almost as much use azza breast pocket inna G-string or an udder onna hen.

Just my 0.02.

Is there a place on the site that has video upload info?

Hi Mark, the forum can’t accept video. Not sure if it’s easy to adapt it so that it can. You can link to video hosting sites like YouTube.

Hi Mark, video has not been an option that I am aware for some time.

Instructions have been one item that has been brought up previously, and under the current situation, there are multiple issues that have been brought up. Hopefully AdCo is working diligently to resolve these. Just being able to post pictures and respond to a thread has been a difficult process.

I know there are many involved, working toward solutions. Do NOT GIVE UP. cts

ACMOC historically has only accepted "still" graphics (primarily .jpg).

Video was posted to youtube and it's link inserted into the post (at the appropriate place).

I don't know if the information is posted anywhere on the site but I think the old system worked for videos posted on sites other than You Tube as well - dunno if it still does.

Yes, I believe the site once did accept video. Why has the site degraded in this regard? Is this feature going to return?
