A bit of History -
I had several close friends work there when it was TENCO, and they enjoyed every moment of it. Family atmosphere, everyone proud to be employed there. One fellow had a family issue or medical situation; worried that he would lose his job, everything he worked for while out on "leave"; the stress almost killed him, but the owners of TENCO reached out and informed him he was to receive his salary no matter what, and his job was safe. Get better and when he was ready for work, they would welcome him with open arms. One of the nice stories about that place...
Some of our local chapter peeps dealt a lot with them and the relationships built by the owners kept them coming back for more yellow iron.
How I miss the "good old days". JM
