Hi Team,
a look in my Thirty Parts Book shows these plates, shoes, pads, grousers as what was available for track attire in the track section.
The actual pad is called a Flat Shoe--no P/No that I could find, but may be either S1842 or S2111 as the following Dirt Grousers are for use with these plate P/No's.

The part clip-on part bolt-on Grouser is a Dirt Grouser P/No S1845 R.H., and S1846 L.H.
If I could post pix here I would put up a page scan for you all to see.
