Question about the Holt T-35 manual

G'day everyone! I have a question for anyone who might know, about the Holt T-35 "Care & Operation" manual, a copy of which I have acquired.
The manual is broken into sections classed as "Bulletins". Each Bulletin covers a specific section or component of the tractor.

I have Bulletins 1 to 8 in the binder, fixed into place with split staples. However, Bulletin #4 is missing. It seems odd that it's missing, as the manual appears otherwise complete.
However, I'm sure there must be a Bulletin #4. Does anyone know for sure, if there is? - and if so, would someone be able to provide me a copy of the missing Bulletin #4, to complete my manual?

The Bulletins are, in order;

Bulletin #1 ... T35 Lubrication Instructions & Chart
Bulletin #2 ... "Caterpillar" T35 Motor
Bulletin #3 ... Instructions for the Eisemann Magneto (this holds the Eisemann G4 Magneto instructions)
Bulletin #4 ... ?
Bulletin #5 ... Give the Air Clarifier Proper Attention
Bulletin #6 ... Watch The Final Drive Oil Level
Bulletin #7 ... Use Fluid Transmission Oil in the Alemite Oiling System
Bulletin #8 ... Adjustment of the Steering Clutch Control & Brakes

Interestingly, each Bulletin has a note under each Bulletin number, stating, "Read carefully and preserve in Binder furnished for that purpose. Other Bulletins will follow".

So, perhaps there is more than 8 Bulletins in total for the T-35, anyway?
