Hi all,

Can someone give me more info on the ACMOC show at Bowling Green in September.

I will be over from Oz 8th-30th September. In Illinois doing the CAT factory tours and will be in Chicago the weekend of the show 15th/16th. Aurora/Peoria and Decatur before heading back up to South Milwaukee on the 19th/20th. Then heading over to Las Vegas for the final week.

How far is it across to bowling green, are there any flights over that way? Be a shame to be so close!!!

Any other suggestions appreciated I won't have a lot of time as I'm with a group of customers, though should have a couple of spare days in between.

Cheers Ben

Its about 254.89 miles from Chicago, IL to Bowling Green, OH. The estimated driving time is 4 hours. May be hard to find a hotel close to bowling green, but should be able to getone an hour out and spend a good day there.

Ben,
You could take the drive and see some of the country side, or spend the afore mentioned time in and out of the airports. Without looking into it further, I would venture to say a flight to Toledo from Chicago on a Puddle Jumper would be available. Then drive about a half hour or so south to Bowling Green. Should be plenty of rooms available in the Toledo area. And you could probably catch another Puddle Jumper back to which ever location you would be visiting the following week. There are airports in close proximity to all of the locations you mentioned. Have a safe and enjoyable trip.

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
