Re. The old combines at Davenport, WA. I was there in 2005. Had an enjoyable afternoon. Rode the JD mod 36B. The people were very friendly after they learned I had driven up there from Kansas to attend their show. It was like being around people from Kansas.

Beautiful picture.

I love it!!

I pulled a 36B a couple of thousand miles I suppose,, with a 9U. The ground was much steeper though.

Darrol D8H,
Good to see you posting again. What happened to our farmer friend from up in Oregon or Washington that used to post pics. of machinery on the steep hillsides that you could fall off of? Havn't see anything from him in a long time. catskinner

Catskinner, that would be 98J. Haven't seen a post of his in over a year.

Darrol, did your wheat do any good there this year? A custom cutter from ND cuts mine every year and he said the wheat over by Caldwell (east of you a ways) didn't do very well. Hope you had a bin buster. Really good wheat here with plenty of moisture for the first time I can remember in years.
