Is this rebuildable or just best to buy new from Cat? The needle won't move from applying air pressure and I would need to get it apart to clean the inside of the glass. Thoughts?

I had Bill Walter from here on the board work on mine. It was froze up, works and looks great. I believe he is in Parksville, MO. Thanks.
