I can see "LGT" on the hood. I believe someone with an old riding mower tractor and TOO MUCH TALENT built that! Nice work!

Looks very much like a garden tractor rebuild. Lots of them done on JD lawn tractors so the Ford fans probably do too. Pivot steers, tracked machines, would not be surprised if someone has or plans to do a Triple D Doe too
