The local cat dealer ordered a set of standard bearings for me but the bearings that came in say .040". The info on the box says Glacier B4175 A .040" there is a piece of tape below the label with the number 5F2907.

As far as I know the crank in my tractor is still standard, the parts book I have says the bearing # is 4B747. Does anyone have the part number for the standard bearings in my tractor? The serial number on my tractor is 4G 2183

Thank you OM, I will try to get to the cat dealer in a few days and order the correct bearings.

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
