"More Meeting Info" stuff we're not getting from current current administration.

Appointed immediately, with power to vote? I don't think that is right (per the bylaws).

Way i read it they offered to stand for positions . With the BOD meeting and voting on it to fill current vacancies until the next election , which is only months away .
Then with only one nomination received so date . Offered to stand candidates in upcoming election .
Now ok , previous boards have made what some see as poor decisions. ,but learning from mistakes grows new ideas .
With the ACMOC club Founding president being a member of the group and a commitment to get back to the original roots of the club foundation They should be given the opportunity to share their vision and plans for the club .
Two of the concerned members are the moderators for this forum . So they have had the power all along censor pro current BOD support on the forum .
They have not abused this power

There is a slate out now to vote for, the next slate will not go out until 4th quarter 2023 per the bylaws. So the upcoming election you are talking about is 12 months away. The BoD in the interim is responsible for filling any vacancies expeditiously, there is provision in Oregon not for profit rules for this to happen. Google Oregon not for profit rules and you can inform yourself of what can and can not be done.

Now I AM gonna be divisive here. This BS has gone on long enough - WAY TOO LONG in fact.

WHY would any genuine members who know some of the history of this club want ANY of the so-called 'concerned members' back on the BoD when most of those who have been past BoD members were the very ones who put the club in the dire position from which the current BoD is trying to extricate it??????????????????????

Not only that, but recent past communications on this BB indicate that the rebels tried to hi-jack the good names of FOUR people onto their list who did not consent to be there.

NONE of Dave Wintermute's communications above show ANY sign of any conciliatory intent but sound more like ULTIMATUMS to the current BoD to let this group HI-JACK the club by any means possible, legal or not.
