OK, I'm about done. I've been messing with this board for a couple of years and have had issues with signing into use the store. If I ask about it I get "call Mary". I did that a couple of years ago. But it's tiring. I was just on trying to get into to extend my membership for 3 more years and get "wrong password or username" ye again. When is this going to get fixed? It's been a couple of years.

Rick,

You mention calling the office years ago. Last spring we had to make changes to reflect security requirements on our website by the European Union and have suffered some negative impacts from tweaking the system. This may be contributory to your issues. Sorry, but your best hope to get your issues addressed is to have a discussion with Mary. She will bring in the AdCo person who makes our system "work" if need be but I doubt you are having issues different from what other members may be experiencing. New software is in the works but not yet identified and certainly not employed.

Myself, I have separate Login and Password for the BB and the store. Please try again with Mary. She hasn’t failed me yet. JM

No, I had to jump through hoops with this a couple of years ago to go to the anniversary event in Peoria. Paid for membership. ACMOC was eager to take my money. OK I had just joined as a paid member. Figured that's OK, they just don't have me in the system yet. Called Mary and bought event tickets. Tried to order a jacket right after the event couldn't get it done, site wouldn't let me in, said the same thing when I tried to buy event tickets, wrong/invalid pass word or user name. Last year I tried to order something. Site would not let me in said wrong/invalid password/user name. Tried again a couple of months ago. Same thing. Made a comment about it on here. Mary was kind enough to send me a message via my personal Email giving me the info I was looking for. Each time I was given excuses as to why the system didn't work 18 months ago. Then again a few months ago got the same excuses I got what? Something like 18 months ago? The same excuse I'm getting now except now it's being blamed on the EU? A year ago? So 18 months ago was a preemptive shot by the EU?

Jan I'm more disappointed than angry. Here I am, trying to extend my membership by 3 years and using my user name and password that I've use here for some time I can't get in. Guess ACMOC doesn't need my money? Just asking?

I did that to no avail 18 months ago. Now other than membership I take my business elsewhere.

I have always enjoyed talking to Mary and did so this morning to order from the store. I was able to meet her at the San Antonio show and she couldn't be friendlier.
Don't tell me you are shy talking to the ladies. A bashful tanker, really...LOL

1: I've talked to Mary in the past.
2: I'm sure she has more important things to do than to talk to me.
3: This should have been fixed a long time ago.

This problem extends to my cell phone, Ipad, laptop, desktop and the wife's laptop. Now I could be wrong but I don't think it's my computer.

Rick,

I share your frustration in that I have experienced the same problems. I ended up getting a new password that works for the store and another for the BB just as Juiceman says is his method. My user name is the same for both. Mary is paid to work with the membership. If you have a question or problem, ask for her help. That is why we have her working for us. As Craig says, she is most helpful and has a personal interest in all our members.
