Hi would anyone know for certain if these would fit a D330C engine as fitted to a D4D7R 317 , I understand may parts from a 3304 are the same , many thanks Graham https://www.ebay.co.uk/i/323876756005?ul_noapp=true

Yes, 7R1-7R378 uses a 5S6346 liner = 6N8052 = 9S6557 = 2P8889 used in both the D330C and 3304.
