Hi, Old 3T Lover.
That jigger lives about 10 minutes drive away from where I hang my hat. Pretty neat job too. The owner had the D8, an 8R, I think, with no engine and the family company had a D17000-powered gen set with a dead generator so he married the D17000 to his 'heartless' D8 and the marriage seem to have been made in heaven.

Since then, a gentleman named Russell Saywell in England has done a similar transplant on a D7.
