Can anyone tell me if #6666 is a brake disc or just metal? The parts list doesn't show #6666 or #6667 and I'm not sure if it is a disc or is it suppose to be a metal to metal contact. When you pull back on the lever to brake the clutch there is still a good size gap between #6664 and #6667 this partially due to the slack in the pivot linkage that I will repair but I'm still thinking there shoul be a brake disc between the two pieces. Any help appreciated.

My parts list shows 6666 as Disc, Brake and 6667 as Collar, Adjusting, both parts of 14275 Adjusting Collar assembly, which also includes 6 rivets, 50981.
Information from Bulletin C-114.

Tom, My bulletin C-218 beginning w/ serial # 18777 looks to be the same picture as yours, but shows:
14275 Master Clutch Adjusting Collar Assembly
Consisting of
1 Master Clutch Adjusting Collar ( Not Serviced - Order 14275)
1 6666 Master Clutch Brake Disk
6 50981 Rivets, - Copper Belt #7 x 5/8"

Apparently your 6667 adjusting collar may be the non serviceable 14275 ???

My picture shows that the 6667 should be adjusted up tight to the 6664 ( Master Clutch Shifter Spacer) so there should be no gap between the 2. It appears that the 6665 part of the (14143 - Master Clutch Shifter Collar Ass.) should travel over both of these and engages with the 6666 brake disk.

Maybe you meant 6665 instead of 6664?
