I was speaking to friend yesterday (Sunday in Australia) and he has shifted recently from Vermont USA to Christchurch New Zealand and he couldnt get over how different Easter is in New Zealand than the US

New Zealand like here has a long weekend Friday and Monday off and as a rule a lot of people also pull a sickie either Thursday or Tuesday to make it a extra long weekend and all head of camping for the weekend

It is bumper to bumper traffic jams out into the country and a lot of families go to the same camp site their families have been going to for generations and these camp sites are so full of tents they are called "tent city"

Its the last chance of any good weather in most of Australia and some serious drinking and story telling takes place LOL

Anyway enough about what happens in this wide brown land for those that have Easter hope you have a great one and end up feeling chocolate soaked hot cross bun

Sounds like our Labor Day in the states. The last chance before the cold weather starts. Time to frost-proof the camps and campers.

Hey Team,

Happy Easter from two new members of the clan. The mom didn't make it, so we have these two at home and we are playing mom...

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
