I would also like to know as I might drag some of my frozen tractors out of my shop and bring them down.

There was flyer included in the chapter 9 newsletter sent out in December.

It states that the "9Th Annual Antique Tractor Show At The Western National Stock Show" is scheduled for Saturday January 10, 2009 from 11:00Am to 3:00 PM. It also states that the parade is on Tuesday January 13, 2009.

Per the flyer, parking for the tractor show will be provided in Lot D for participants with tractors. You need to be "...downloaded and ready to roll at 10:00 AM".

I think some chapter 9 members are planning on attending. One of the members asked if he could take one of my tractors to the show and I believe he is still planning to come by and get it.

If you want the name of the show contact send me a private message and I will give you the name and phone numbers on the flyer. I think it is sponsored by FRAPA. Not sure. Flyer does not say.

John,

Whatcha been up to? Sorry I didn't answer your post on my other post. Starting to see the advantage of a D4😄 , I got the D4 5T and a D4 7J parts tractor. I'm thinking about buying a D4 7U Trackscavator. Have you got the D4 that you got from me running yet?

Ken

Hi Ken, the D4 still looks the same. Got parts gathered up for it then did the big D thing, now living in Newcastle, Wy, bought 2 acres of ground to park all my junk on. So will see what this summer brings. So you like the D4's now? They can do a little better than the light D2. Still working at the mine, been running the big L-1850 loader, loadn them 240 ton trucks. Happy New Year, John

John,
Ya, it looks like I will be taking the same tractor that I took to woodland. I just hope the weather holds as I do not rerally want to pull this tractor on a trailer through messy roads with salt, etc.
