After about every way I had heard of for freeing a stuck motor, and lighting it on fire at least 5 times and burning multiple gallons of diesel....MY MOTOR IS FINALLY FREE!!!!! When it finally freed up I was so surprised I thought I had broken something, it was just too hard to believe that it had worked and after over 8 months of trying to free it it finally loosened up. Anyway, after I got it free I cleaned up the bores as best I could (pretty nicely) and slowly cranked it around a couple times. The motor spins nicely now and feels very tight, no noticable slop in it at all and no odd noises when turning the motor. I have been waiting to send in my head and exaust manifold untill I had the motor freed up so, I guess it gets to go in pretty soon. I will attempt to keep everyone updated on the progress with the cat, hope I can have it running by mid summer. (only get to go up to our ranch and work on it about once a month if I am lucky). I know it has been mentioned before as to where you send a head to be worked on.... I have a few top places I need to look into but anybody have any recomendations as to where I might send in my head in northern california? Thanks

Thanks a lot for all the help and info from everyone so far, -R4catkid
