A friend is rebuilding a D4600 engine S/N 5S511. All parts that it needs are easily available except pistons. the ones in it are in poor shape and unusable. They have 397-W marked on the top and we assume are after market. Do any of you know where he can get new or good used pistons for this engine? The engine belongs to Swiss Heritage Days people at Berne Indiana. Will be used to power their saw mill there.

Also, Jim says he could use a better damper pulley as well.

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
