I was wondering if the pony motor is the same or similar with the d4600 and the d4400 and the 311 motor.
The reason I am asking is because I poled the mag and the pony motor starter of the d4400 and was hoping I could us it on my d4400 or my 311. Thx

No and No, The D4600 uses an impulse coupling magneto, The D4400 and D311 does not.
The D4600 starter is made up of mostly the same parts but the mounting indexing is different than the D4400 and D311.

Ok,thanks for the reply! So do you think with the correct mounting bracket for the starter it would mechanical work?
