D4 7U Questions

Hi All,
Working on D4 7U serial number 9081.
Got the D4 engine together and started it up but it has a miss in the #2 cylinder. That is the one that got the new piston and sleeve. The machine had not been run in quite awhile so I did bleed all the filters, pumps and injectors. When I crack the injector nuts on all the other cylinders they begin to noticably miss. When I crack the nut on #2 there is no change and I seem to get more fuel splurting back than on the others. The exhaust manifold is hot when running on 1,3and 4 but 2 is cool. I will recheck the valve clearance. I have swapped #2 and #3 injectors with no change. Any help would be appreciated.

Try swapping an injector pump. Every once in awhile they come up faulty.
