After sitting idle for A few days the fuel system needs bleeding again. While allowing the diesel to tun over with the compression release in the start position fuel issues from the first filter housing bleeder , but not from the vent post filters. Fuel issues from the " bleeder " lines out onto the ground. Replace relief valve and spring , cleaned seating surface but the problem persists. " Tinkering" i.e. bleeding, filling fuel tank completely etc. and she will finally start and show normal fuel pressure . Gremlins ? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Sleeve

I was fighting the same problem with my CDU, right up until that tired old pony motor threw a rod. I'll keep an eye on this thread for sure!

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
