Does anyone have a source for the points and condensor for the D2 5U Bosch pony magneto besides Caterpillar. Parts numbers 4F2284 points and 5F7881 condensor.

You might want to take a look at Standard Magneto. I didn't price compare. I think the last time I bought them from Cat, they were about $60. You working on a pony motor conversion for a V12? :heh:

Thanks for the info. I found them at Standard Magneto. They were even fairly priced and they will ship out Monday.
