I've had one of the oil cooler lines leaking for the past few years, pin hole or two. Since they are no longer available so here is my solution to fixing the leak. I used some 12L14 1-1/4" hex stock to make the fitting adaptors. Then installed 1/2"ORS to 1/2"JIC into the adaptors that I machined. Hose is 300PSI rated.

I have a 1954 Atlas/Craftsman 12x48 lathe that I used to do the machining. I can post the drawings if anyone is interested.

Glad to send the rain you way. After about 80 days of dry on the west side the start of the rains was a nice change, things were getting veryyyyy dry and very high fire danger.

Those old Atlas lathes sure do get around. They were built right here in Kalamazoo. 👍👍

Nice job on the New Oil Cooler lines!👍

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
